Attractive piano black for that sexy router look. Good range so far. Got it under $75 for the latest draft n and gigabit stuff. Cons: Will it ever shut off? from Newegg.com Pros: It's pretty looking Cons: I purchased this *Thing* in April when I order (2) complete systems from Newegg and thought why not upgrade my router too, and it hasn't worked properly since. I use the wired and wireless part *when it works* and never fails have to reset the dang thing. from Newegg.com Pros: This device worked perfectly out of the box. No hard setup or long instructions of what cable to attach first. I haven't had to reset it like all the belkin and d-link routers I have had. from Newegg.com Pros: Good Web Config Interface. 3 decent sized antennas (not sure if this makes a difference or not). Cons: 4 Port gigabit HUB not switch, as such, if you have 2 things plugged in and are transferring between them, the hub gets saturated (and file transfers crawl to almost a halt). from Newegg.com Pros: cheap, paid $60. wireless works well good throuput with wireless N. Good Range Cons: In my WHS network I had problems with lan starvation on with this router. from Newegg.com Pros: - Low price (purchased on NewEgg for under $60 in Aug 2009)- 4 x 1-Gb/s LAN ports- 1 x 1-Gb/s WAN port- Wireless N- Recent Firmware Update from manufacturer (May 2009-V1.0.7.10)- Firmware is average relative to stock firmware from other manufacturers Cons: - No confirmed support yet for open source firmware (e.g. DD-WRT, Tomato, OpenWrt, etc)- Most recent firmware has at least one annoying bug: once you add a scheduling rule, you cannot modify it or delete it. from Newegg.com Pros: All 4 of my wireless computer are G so I dont get the full N advantage but my speeds range from 10mb/s to 22 mb/s depending on how far away and how many walls are between me and the router for internet. Hard wired I get about 23 mb/s (this is with a road runner cable modem). from Newegg.com I got this to replace a Linksys WRT300N. The router was the easiest that I installed so far. Linksys routers prove to be difficult at times but with this one I had my network up and running in a couple of minutes. Cons: None Other Thoughts: This router is very good for the price. from Newegg.com Pros: - Very reliable: Up for more than a week running BitTorrent clients with no problems / reboots.- Very fast: Gigabit on all ports.- Easy to set up: If you've set up any router before, it'll be a cinch.
