You have to consider the interference genrated by your electronic devices(such as microwaves, phones, and etc.) before deciding and making a purchase. Most of the electronic devices operates at 2.4 ghz and 5.8 ghz that will greatly affect your wireless performance. I purchased it after owning a few Belkins in the past, in an effort to replace my Linksys, which under Windows, tended to become horribly slow after a few days (this did not happen under Linux).
