Pros: 1) I'm dealing with newegg. Even though returns are a pain, I expect newegg with try to minimize my pain.2) linksys rep who handled my problems this time had slightly more tech knowledge than the average house-pet, which has not always been my experience with lynksys reps over the years. She was useless, but at least she tried to the extent of her very limited technical ability. from Newegg.com The set up CD thought the router was not connected to the computer (it was connected). The reset button did nothing. Other Thoughts: I'm using my old Linksys 4-port router. It lasted longer than this one. from Newegg.com I have had a couple of Linksys products and this one continues to "lead the pack" in quality and service. Works very well on my wired network of 3 desktops, a laptop and 2 printers. from Amazon.com Nice router, once I got it working. Instructions would not allow me to go past the software trying to find the router. I have always trusted the Brand Linksys. I would highly suggest this model to anyone looking for a router. from Amazon.com Lynksys makes well built products. But more importantly, Lynksys has excellent customer service. My experience with Lynksys has been so good that I only buy Linksys routers and switches. from Amazon.com Pros: Wanted to add some internet cameras, this is the only reasonably priced router with more than 4 ports. Got the IP address easily and we can see our front yard from the office. A quality product, Linksys has never disappointed me.
