Its installation was easy and staight forward and it started to work pretty good. from Buy.com I have used wireless routers at home before and this was the most complicated as far as internet security to set up. A major con is that the signal keeps getting lost and that is unacceptable especially considering the fact that most of the time I am in the same room with the darn thing. from Radioshack.com Set-up was simple and quick and the security options were great. I called tech service about whether the wireless could be turned off with just the wired connections being used and they came on the line in about 2 minutes and were helpful. I'm getting almost 9MB/sec at 10 feet and almost 6MB/sec in anoth4r room 30 feet away with a ten year old Toshiba Satellite laptop. from Walmart.com I purchased this product because I was looking for a cheap solution to wireless bridging. I saw that it had the option to connect any computer/device that is not wireless to a wireless network. from Walmart.com I spent an hour on the phone with a representative before being transferred to a tier 2 representative. The tier 2 rep was also unable to assist and recommended that I return the product and suggested that it was faulty. As a last resort I called my ISP for assistance--they immediately said "you have a Belkin, don't you" and let me know how often they have to deal with Belkin customers. Thankfully my ISP had me up and working within 30 seconds. from Walmart.com I purchased this product in hopes of getting a better and faster wireless connection. So far I haven't seen any improvement over my old router in speed or connectivity. from Walmart.com No glitches or restarts. The only "problem" was that it took some messing around with the ip addresses and such before it started working. Called Belkin, they had me do a few things and it was fixed. I'm pleased!! from Amazon.com Pros: It was really fast when it worked..... I've had good experiences with Belkin before this.....and that Lifetime warranty sold me. Cons: All internet cuts out on all of the computers all the time (2 computer wireless, and 2 wired..all cut out) while the DSL modem is still working fine. from Newegg.com I like Belkin, and bought many Belkin brand items.
