Tech support with dlink is by far the best out there. This is considered a gaming router, yet I have found that it is great all around router. It has a wide range of wireless capicity and 4 ports to hard wire others. There is little to no lag time, even when playing multiplayer games on line or with my PS3. from Walmart.com X-Box works great now. Set up was painless. I'm not real proficient at networking stuff, but I was able to easily set up the wireless portion. from Amazon.com Pros: This thing just works. I've never needed to reboot it. It has a stronger signal that the NetGear wireless router that it replaced. This is an excellent router, with a few drawbacks mentioned in my cons - these drawbacks will affect different people depending on your needs. I previously owned the {{Linksys Wireless-N Gigabit router WRT310}}, and it continually DROPPED the signal on me ~ 20 times a day, no exaggeration I HAD to return it - I had to keep walking across my house to reset the router.
