I bought this 6 months ago. It worked perfectly until it died a couple of weeks ago. Sure it has warranty, but you need a return number and paying for the freight, which would be great if the people in customer service at Aroma picked up the phone so you can get the return number... since they do not after holding for 20+ minutes in 3 different ocations I can only say - Do not buy this if you want something that will work! from Amazon.com I purchased this rice cooker as a gift for my 27 year old son.
