Even then the date on the check showed it had sat on someones desk for two months. They where hoping I would give up on it. Good luck with any of Fujitronic product. from Buy.com I bought a rice cooker from Fujitronic 6 months back and I did not receive the rebate until now. If you want to buy the cooker, buy it but do not expect any rebates. from Buy.com I bought one of the rice cooker 6 months ago with 2 $30 rebates from the company. The rebates never honor, I called and emailed Fujitronic and they said the rebates were approved but due to a huge number of submitted rebates they will be delayed for several weeks. I called again and again and they played the same game and asked you to wait and wait until you die.... from Buy.com i bought this one on september 17th and they had two 30$ mail in rebates. posted the rebates well in time , but havent got them yet. I contacted the email adress they gave, twice two different people replied that they USED to be fujitronic rebate centres processing office, but are no longer so. then i called at the given tel no. from Buy.com The rebate center that was handling rebates for Fujitronic was bad in response, customer service & sending out checks. Fujitronic had recently solved this problem & switched to a new rebate center. from Buy.com Hi, I brought this Fujitronic cooker on june 2007.
