Inconsistent --- from gooey to undercooked. Review: I gave away a perfectly good National rice cooker because of it's tiny 2 C. capacity and bought this Cuisinart based on it's good looks and larger capacity. This Cuisinart wasn't my top choice (after reading many Amazon reviews of various brands/models) but I have to say it performed better than expected on my first try.
