At the end of September, I ordered a Panasonic Rice Cooker from Amazon. Amazon advertised, and still advertises, at least as of today, that a Deluxe steaming basket would be included. from Amazon.com I bought this cooker for cooking brown rice and steel cut oats. The brown rice came out acceptable, but nothing to write home about. from Amazon.com I don't know what the other reviewer was doing wrong but my oatmeal came outstanding and the brown rice come out equally well. A very easy to use rice cooker with many advanced features that the Zojirushi does not have. from Amazon.com
