Best Panasonic Rice Cookers and Steamers for Boiling

now, large fuzzy logic units like this panasonic sr-ms182 aren't just one trick ponies and have even improved on what i thought was some perfectly cooked white rice.

the first thing that went through my mind when the panasonic sr-ms182 rice cooker showed up on my doorstep was,"where am i going to store this thing?" the box was huge!

this panasonic model cooks a larger volume of rice, but both are very similar in feature set.

the not so hot: the instruction booklet is really poor, particularly for panasonic (who are usually good about such things).
