the buttons on the sst-688 are a little smaller than those on other universal remotes, but i haven?t pressed the wrong button on this remote even once.

the buttons are small and crammed together and the labels are even smaller, so it's not as easy to operate in the dark or by feel as, say, the original tivo remote.

like many of these large remotes, does not feel great in my hand.other thoughts: i am a fan of this remote and i would recommend it to someone who wants an all-in-one remote.

if you have any problems call tech support they are great and will make sure your remote is working to your satisfaction.cons: buttons are small but my large fingers can do it
