Best Remote Controls for Lg

i have a lg plasma,panasonic dvd player,xbox 360,sony a/v receiver and a motorola digital cable box and they all work perfectly with this remote..the one touch activities are great,i was sick of

i recently purchased a panasonic plasma tv and an lg dvd home theater unit.

it had simple setup instructions on the computer and it easily controls all three of my devices, directtv, lg tv, and panasonic home theatre system.

pros: it actually works cons: it's not cheap "recently bought the dynex 32" lcd tv and the lg home theater system to use with our satellite system.

my dvd, sony home theater system, lg plasma, wii, and my dish network satellite receiver all set up to work with just one touch of the various buttons assigned to the activities.

i use the remote to control basically four components: pioneer plasma tv, yamaha receiver, lg dvd player, and my time warner dvr box.

maybe is that i wanted to control more thatn just my tv and stereo, i mean my lutron light controller (mir-itfs) and my lg climate control (art cool).

i have a sony a/v,sony xbr 2 lcd projection,lg dvd,mitsubishi vcr, and direct tv.

i use it to control an lg hdtv tuner box, a sony a/v receiver, a jvc dvd player, and a mitsubishi vcr, and this remote has most of the buttons i need.

i was thrilled with it until i realized the remote control that came with it did not support the directv hd box, and the directv remote did not support the lg brand.

it is easy to program and to "teach" codes to, however it does not work properly for my insignia (lg and zenith) converter box.

the device identified all my standard devices that include an onkyo receiver and dvd player, lg dvd player, sat box, game console etc.

this did not work for an lg lcd television.

i have a not too complicated home theater setup: a 50" lg plasma tv, sony dvd/vhs combo, sony av receiver, and sony 5-disc cd changer, and an hd motorola att u-verse receiver .

additionally, this remote was not capable of properly switching inputs on one of my lg devices.

could not duplicate my lg dvd/vcr recorder sufficiently to eliminate use of the decicated lg remote for more demanding functions, like recording.
