Best Remote Controls for Powerpoint

i've neaver used any of the powerpoint or any real application that this product was meant for.

i used it for a powerpoint presentation the day after i got it and it went off without a hitch.

this does a great job for controlling your presentation in powerpoint.

instead of fumbling around on my laptop to press a button and losing my audience's attention, i now keep my powerpoint presentation flowing smoothly with no distractions.

it would have been great for reviewing our group powerpoint presentation with my four other group members.

the only problem i had to solve was that the remote was only working with dell media direct (i could not make it work with windows media player, powerpoint, or other applications).

i bought this device to be used as a simple powerpoint remote presenter but i very quickly found out it can do a lot more.

the main problem with it is that it is not easy to use if you have a movie in the powerpoint making it run with this was not possible for me.

i make tons of powerpoint presentations a year.

sometimes works, more often user has to mash the buttons repeatedly and move around to get it to advance powerpoint slides (even 10' from receiver).

this unit is my favorite because the professors that use it can't "screw it up" :) it's back button actually takes you back in the powerpoint instead of being a right mouse click like some

the control of powerpoint is excellet except again the blank screen button is often accidentally pressed during the presentation.

i was disappointed that it won't reach the front of the church from the back of the church to control powerpoint presentations.
