the software is user friendly, but lame because it is 95% web based, you can't even change the back light timer without and internet connection.

if i had to add one thing to the wish list, i'd say maybe a programmable timer to turn items on or off at certain times.

i've got some experience with universal remotes all the way back to a huge programmable one with a timer in the 1980's.
