I purchased this remote for my elderly father. It is perfect for him. from Qvc.com I purchased 2 of these remotes a few months ago -- and I have just recently purchased 2 more of them. These remotes are perfect for my husband and myself (and our aging bodies). The big buttons make the buttons very easy to see, without having to strain your eyes, or pull out a magnifying glass. from Qvc.com this is a nice looking unit ,but there is not enough sale's information on what it will work on leading to a purchase that will not work on the tv you have .i got suckered in after calling the company they say there is another one i can try ,but i am reluctant after the first experience .it cost's more to send it back and ship a different one than the first one cost . from Amazon.com Having lost the remote control more times than I care to remember, if I could remember, I wanted one that was easy to operate and not too expensive. I tried the "Search Codes" function, but this remote requires you to press the TV button and the power button between each code. from Amazon.com
