I have this, but I don't use it much. It just seems easier to press record and have that second or two of handling noise than to fiddle with plugging in a wire. from Amazon.com It eliminates all handling noises. Furthermore, it also real handy because the field recorder should placed 6 feet away from the sound source for better recording. from Amazon.com
