What's not so great:?Removal of batteries wipes all stored codes in remote. "I firmly believe in the maxim that "you get what you pay for." Remote is poorly designed, from the awkward ergonomics to the arrangement of the buttons. RCA seems to have no idea that they carry this remote, seeing as how their website doesn't list it under their product lists. If you remove the batteries the remote loses the stored codes, and after about 5 months it started to randomly "forget" the codes I put in, prompting me to put the codes on a piece of paper to the back.

I have had two of these since the Best Buy near me only carries the one model of universal remotes. Both only lasted about a month each then just stop working - do not waste your time.
