After connecting the remote I followed the directions and continued to set up the remote. To my surprise none of my components worked right with the remote. After a few calls with Logitech customer service , they diagnosed the problem right friom there computer. At one point I was thinking of sending the remote back but after a few days of having 1 remote control everything, I change my mind. from Crutchfield.com Harmony remotes have always been my favorite. (I have a receiver that I have never been able to find a code for on any of the cheapo universal remotes I've had over the years. The Harmony had it.)
