Description
Lantronix's LRS32F Access Server provides secure access for Dial-in, Dial-out, LAN-to-LAN, Console Server and ISP connections. An ideal choice for secure connectivity, all LRS models support PPP (PAP/CHAP), SLIP/CSLIP, SecurID, Radius, Kerberos, Unix, NetWare and local users database for authentication on both inbound and outbound connections. The LRS32F also supports dial back, which requires a user to authenticate and have the LRS dial back the user at a predefined number. Additional protection is provided through the LRS32F's routing capabilities. TCP/IP, IPX, and AppleTalk protocols can be routed, in addition to supporting Network Address Translation (NAT).??The LRS32F is the largest of Access Server family. It combines 32 RJ45 serial ports that support 230 Kbps on all ports simultaneously and 10/100 network interface, which creates a reliable access server capable of handling large amounts of data.
