As I am already a fan of SIMS 2, Castaway really puts a new twist on my favorite game.
Bought this game from Amazon brand new.
HOW TO SOLVE THE CRASHING PROBLEM
i bought this game even though a lot of people said the loading time was slow and interrupted the game too often.
I ordered this for my daughters PS2, but didn't look at the small print when ordering, cause when I received it, it was for PSP.
Thanks!
The game is good but the main thing missing is the career mode, the best part of NCAA Football.
I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, I couldn't find it anywhere, none of the stores had it a few weeks before Christmas.
I primarily care that the game plays like football.
The game could have done without the contrail football effects.
career mode/difficulty: you start off with $10,000 each year and you must decide which wsop event you want to participate in: blow your money on the main event or wager some of the money on other
3 stars for presentation, on-line play, and very high difficulty.
I had no idea what I was getting when I bought this, but I really wanted to have a poker game for my newly-bought PSP.
I have never seen more than maybe 5 minutes of the World Series of Poker on television, and not a big poker player either, but this game is really good.
I honestly hoped a bit more from this game alot of people perfer this game over World Championship Poker 2.
pros: fun, graphics, difficult challenge
pros: fun, relaxing, graphics, various difficulty levels, beginner-oriented design, helpful minigames and puzzles.
in the psp it does bring something new, the mini games which are supposed to improve your level of play, however the approach i feel is not the right one, i was able to beat all the mini games to
I agree with the other 1-star review.
I got this for my 8 year old daughter.
in an attempt to rescue his friends and family and his world from this disease, roddick and company must travel through time and space to locate the origins of the disease to find a cure.
-the difficulty is a little steep; it'll require some level grinding which some may not enjoy as much as others
i think the level of difficulty was light to moderate.
really, it's only because of one simple thing: it is simply not challenging.
This is the first RPG I bought for my new PSP.
...for this game, because I can't put it down!
:WARNING: If you have PSP 1.5 this game will not work!
After all the hype, I purchased this game for my new PSP.
After Renegade Squadron let me down, I looked for a different Star Wars game.
Anyone who's a Star Wars junkie will tell you how they've imagined fighting as Darth Vader or Skywalker or Boba Fett would be.
it gives just enough challenge that it makes it a perfect game.
is a challenging game.
and the science fair of doom on the nintendo ds, i know(and i'll be there) but i'd love to see a console version with more scope and even more insane challenge.
this game is good.in some parts its foggy and difficult.the monsters always revive again, you collect soul points for each kill.the camera is a bit crazy sometimes.theres no story-line.this all seems
pros: game is cute, not too challenging.
this all sounds much more difficult than it really is, and essentially the only challenge is that which you face in the brawl.
I got a psp as an early birthday present a few weeks ago, and my girlfriend insisted on getting a game for it as well, because let's face it- when you get a new system, you need a game to play on it.
Not the typical smash, bash, or cut 'em fighting game.
The Con isn't your normal fighting game.
In this game you are an ex-con that has entered the world of street fighting.
After a hard day of work at Call of Duty Roads to Victory, or 300: March to Glory, it's nice just to sit back, relax, and enjoy my favorite sport, bowling!
I have tried several bowling games for the PC and this one for the PSP is among the best.
it would have been better if the players against u actually were pros and more skillful i can beat people with a house ball.
But, Brunswick Pro Bowling is a great game when you just want to chill.
There's nothing worse than looking forward to a game release 7-8 years in the making and have end up worse than the original.
A slight improvement over the first Naruto PSP offering, The Phantom Fortress still plays the same while not really pushing the fighting series to exciting new heights.
After first hearing of the release of this game, I was pretty anxious to get my hands on it.
I find that the storyline in this Naruto game is actually pretty intriguing and plays out like a Naruto anime episode or even a movie.
Its fun, and keeps you entertained for about 20-30 hours of gameplay if you play conservatively(can get infinite hours of use is you have a buddy with a psp).
Now with the second installment to Ultimate Ninja Heroes on the PSP, Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2: Phantom Fortress has more ninja punch then the last!
everything about it is a challenge.
it is challenging and fun.
battles are challenging.
Kingdom of Paradise is a muuuuuch better choice
i personally think hsg is more fun simply because its easier and just as challenging at tiger woods.
however, there is a point where it becomes non-challenging, and it's when you start winning tournaments and events that bring in millions of dollars.
I purchased this game hoping that I would get back into the habit of playing my psp more.
It's a lot of fun.
I personally think HSG is more fun simply because its easier and just as challenging at Tiger Woods.
the gameplay is solid, the atv controls are challenging but very realistic.
weaknesses: difficulty level
this game is fun, challenging, and it is just plain awesome.
challenging play and great graphics
this game is way too challenging and not very fun.the graphics could have been better
After playing Need for Speed Carbon on the PSP, I was expecting Need for Speed Pro Street to be in the same vein.
I've enjoyed the Need for Speed series and the open street racing.
I believe I've played all the titles in the Need for Speed series, and this one was a slog to get through.
NFS: ProStreet is another HORRIBLE Need For Speed game.
Drag, Drift, Grip, and the new Speed Challenge.
it has great graphics, awesome sound and it is really challenging!
but is not that challenging.
t_his game was so cool even though it wasnt challenging it was fun and exiting!
weaknesses: generic game play, load times between mini-games, limited replay value, short overall length
understandably, the challenge gets tougher as you progress, so don't be surprised if a game seemingly targeted at kids actually give you a hard time.
a great game for the psp - lots of fun and reasonably challenging.
but not the most challenging
A great game for the PSP - lots of fun and reasonably challenging.
Another year, and another Need For Speed game for every system on the market.
Great gameplay and race options.
A Long time a go there was a game for PSP called Star Wars Battlefront II a fun game but lacked in various ways, the levels were no different from the play station 2 version but cut down, meaning some parts of some levels were gone or altered which d...
Even if you're not a star wars fan (but even better if you are) it's a spectacular game.
As this game's lengthy title suggests, Renegade Squadron is just the latest in a long-running line of Battlefront games, which in turn owe a lot to the Battlefield WWII games.
I didn't really think it could be like Battlefront on Playstation.
I enjoyed playing the infastructure mode; I am surprised it was not included in the second Battlefront game.
At first, I got all excited because eragon has always been one of my favourite books.
Takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it...it is awesome fun!
I love the books and I can't wait for the movie to come out.
IT WAS AWESOME!
I love R-Type games and strategy games so this is a perfect fit for me.
I tried this for two reasons, 1: the save anywhere function and 2: there was a demo.
I bought this for my video game-addicted son who is in the Air-Force along with another much more expensive game that just came out.
I like this game, in fact after playing it for a month I'm declaring it my favorite PSP game, and I have all the must plays.
As the other reviewers noted, this is not the classic R-Type game.
I got this game for Christmas.
I looked at every store in town for this game and the only place i could find it was on this website.
Purchased this game for my 10 year old son who loves to hunt.
Great graphics for a psp game.
I cant believe I found this at Target in the clearence rack for $4.98 + tax!!!
