Pros: I actually bought 2 of the 2346HE (1.8Ghz) a month or so ago from NewEgg, and am using them in the Tyan S2932 motherboard. This board shipped with a beta 1.x bios, and would not POST, I ended up having to go to biosman.com and spend $30 more on a new 2.x bios which added quadcore support and now the machine has been running just fine since. from Newegg.com I have 4 1GB registered DDR2 modules and 4 2GB. I had to move all 1GB to one CPU, all 2GB to the other to make things work - even though the size, manufacturer and speed rating of the dimms were identical.
