Best Printers for Airport

for the life of me, i could not get the wifi element to "see" my wireless network set up through my apple airport extreme.

this printer works great with my intel imac & airport extreme.

i have an airport extreme wireless station and a mac powerbook laptop.

i use them networked at work on an apple airport and this one is for my home use.

easily hooked up to my airport extreme base station and was up and running within 15 minutes.

works like a charm with my apple airport express, unlike many printers out there.

pros: easy setup, fast printing cons: none so far other thoughts: hooked up to airport express.

be aware that you can't scan wirelessly using an airport express -- you need an airport extreme, apparently.

i initially tried to use airport express, but since this does not support scanners, i started over and used the built-in wireless.

it's a necessity in many cases, and has saved me a few times with last minute print jobs that i overlooked or the ability to print out drafts in a hotel room, conference center, or even airport.

we use a moderately sophisticated mac home system, multiple airports on a secure wds setup for macs of varying ages and sophistication.
