i especially like that you can place three pictures in the flatbed scanner and it auto detects each one and makes an individual.jpg file for each one on back to your computer over the network.

i mean, the cheapest canon flatbed scanner you can find is selling for around $90 and all it does is scan.

can't tell much about photo scanning, i did scan one at low resolution (default)and it seemed okay, not as good as my epson flatbed, i'll have to tweak the settings and see what happens.
