It works great for the first 4 months, then it had the In use/memory light on, (this won't let you send or receive faxes) after call customer support I did learn that the problem was because the ink cartridge was "LOW"...

i constantly have problems loading paper and envelopes into it… other thoughts: this thing seems to be using more color ink than i’m used to seeing, i have already replaced the color cartridge after 3 months of light usage.
