Installation, Features and quality are everything I expected. Only thing not up to par is the HP Photosmart Essentials SW packaged with the Printer, Specifically, the ability to create custom CD/DVD labels for direct printing is almost non-existent. from Amazon.com Better then my older HP printer. Which was fine except for the networking. I had to switch to the printer to print and then back to internet. This is seamless. from Amazon.com Pros: It prints great photos and the cd printing makes your work look professional. The built-in paper tray for photo paper is really handy (holds 4x6 or 5x7 paper). from Newegg.com I purchased this unit for a home business and my photography hobby. Pictures and print are outstanding. from Newegg.com I bought this printer primarily because it can print on DVDs, unfortunately there is nothing in the documentation that tells you how to do that, and the Help application freezes every time I launch it. After substantial investigation I learned how to use the included software to create a disc label, and it is useless and buggy. from Amazon.com I recently purchase the HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One Injet Printer.
