Pros: Fast printing, super easy loading and reliable operation in a high volume retail environment. Paper readily available. Easily intergrated Cons: If you are switching to this printer from another, I had STAR THermals, you just need to pay attention to detail on application and installation with the different model numbers available. Not really a con but preparation is everything. from Newegg.com Pros: We have many of these in our enterprise (and they are supported by win2k3 server). Cons: I thought these had Ethernet...and I am apparently not the only one!!!Epson support is hit or miss. It depends on who you get to talk to. from Newegg.com Pros: I'm sure it works great.
