Purchased a Canon MP620 all in one and it works great. Called the support line and the person on the other end was very friendly and helpful. from Amazon.com The Canon MP620 is an good printer, however I found the color printing a little faded when compared with my HP 2610 printer. from Amazon.com This is our second Canon printer, the first one being an MP460 which I still use. Canon Pixma MP620 all-in-one inkjet printer is a nice looking, reasonably priced machine. Other Thoughts: I always run a simple test on my printers - take a magazine cover and copy it at the optimal settings. Pixma MP620 produced the lowest fidelity copy of two other printers I tested (Epson Artisan 700 and HP C6280) and for a reason: MP620 is really a 4-color printing (the "5th cartridge" is pigment black, which is supposed to be better for B/W printing). Despite manufacturers' claims that more printhead nozzles make up for fewer ink colors, it is simply not true. from Newegg.com I assess photo quality by the difficulty in seeing individual ink droplets in light shaded areas of the print -[...] prints are so good that I cant see any ink droplets at all. MP620 prints are a very close runner-up - I had to scrutinize the MP620 prints very closely to see evidence of individual ink droplets (most people wouldn't notice a difference). If you are seeking absolute perfection, you may have to look toward one of the models that use light and dark versions of each primary color (dont let this statement turn you off - MP620 prints are superb). from Amazon.com I've had an HP all in one printer for quite a while, but after numerous paper jams and very slow printing I needed a new printer. As a teacher I make multiple copies of just about everything, so I needed a printer that was economical on ink. I've only had the Canon Pixma MP 620 for one night and I'm already hooked on Canon.
