You get a cd that says XP on it but there is no drivers. It also has a manual folder on the cd and there is nothing in it. Had to go to Samsung website to download drivers, manuals. Samsung's web site a little difficult to navigate. from Bestbuy.com Software puts a "cross" printer icon on the desktop that takes user to a printer setup first aid page. Cons: Price, even on sale. Other Thoughts: Really classy multifunction laser printer. from Newegg.com It does so, and it does so nicely. Cons: None yet. Other Thoughts: With the recently reduced pricing that Samsung is offering at most retail locations I think it's worth it for the great looks, and quiet operation. As is true with any printers without a straight-through paper path you'll get a little crinkling. (Remember that you'll need envelopes that have a covered self/adhesive strip - as is the case with all laser printers which will melt the glue on traditional envelopes)There is no separate paper path for loading single sheets that overrides the tray. You must open the tray and unload it to put special paper in. from Newegg.com That is somewhat high. One thing of note, this printer does not have a fax capability. So it is not all-in-one laser printer. I recommend this printer to those who need a reasonably good laser printer/copier in a small form factor. from Amazon.com It prints very quiet and pages look crisp. No other complaints.
