My copy machine broke and I needed something quick and reasonable. I bought the Brother digital copier/printer from Buy.com with FREE shipping and received it in 3 days! Price. from Shopping.com No, I'm not talking about my Biological Brother either. About 6-8 months ago I purchased a Brother MFC-9440cn from Buy.com. from Buy.com We leave the printer on 24-7, the printer sleeps when it is not in use for a period of time. Yes, it takes a minute to warm up if you print and the printer is in sleep mode. This I believe is standard for a network laser printer. Once we start using, it prints and scans very fast from any of the four pc's on our network. from Amazon.com This machine is amazing! It's very compact for a color laser all-in-one. Very easy to set up and use. from Amazon.com The printouts look great and setup was easy. If you want to print photographs, I suggest using an inkjet. Lasers don't print to glossy photo paper.
