I was looking for a printer that was fast and wouldn't smear. I was more than willing to forego color for those qualities, since I plan to use the printer for work and school. I am delighted that I found this OKI printer. I've had it for two months, and it is indeed fast and clear.

The OKI works but you cannot get the print darkness to an acceptable level. Compared to an elevan year old HP laserjet 4L, the OKI doesn't measure up.
