I've had this printer for 30 days, and so far no problems. I haven't done anything special with it or asked anything special of it. It does a good job both in print and color-have not done any photos with it yet. It is noisey however, and it sounds cheap. from Amazon.com First, this printer is NOT slow. Judge the speed of the printer by the second page it kicks out, not the first. This printer is fast and snappy whether you're printing color or text. The FIRST time you use it, it has to load the system with ink and prep the print heads. from Amazon.com The Canon iP3500 is an impressive document printer and I'm pleased with that function. So it's Adobe's fault? PDF is when of the most common file formats on the planet and Canon couldn't write the driver to work correctly with Acrobat?
