This is a good printer but I do not believe Canon makes it any more. I especially like the dual paper trays, small size, and speed at which it prints both documents and photos.
from Amazon.com
I like everything about this printer except that it is not wireless capable. All printers on the market should be.
The colors are bright, black is black, and it prints out very fast.

It prints fairly quick with decent quality unless you want photos. Every photo printed on this printer has a purplish hue. I have tried many different variations of settings, adjusted setting on my CPU and on my photo editing software, contacted customer support and nothing has corrected the problem with the color. THe exact same pics when printed on another printer come out perfect so I have been able to rule out my CPU or photo editing software as the problem.

Canon sent me an Email asking me to review my printer. But when I clicked on the button, it took me to the general Canon site where I was supposed to find my printer.

I have had this printer for a couple of months and it prints pictures great and text just as one would expect, also great. I would recommend this printer for its great picture printing and the fact that it uses individual ink tanks instead of one for color and one for black.
from Amazon.com
Pros: Duplexing, has a cassette tray, prints very fast, cheap ink, separate ink cartridges, separate blacks (one for text one for photos), prints very nice photos, feels very durable, was simple to setup. Cons: Doesn't print on CD/DVDs out of box, but that isn't entirely Canon's fault as there is some licensing problem. Also there is a way to make it work, just search google for "Canon Pixma iP4300 CD Printing Instructions" (yes iP4300)...

This printer is every bit as good as the IP5000 it replaced. It's solid with both photos and text.

My last printer was a Canon i960, which I thought at the time was the last word in performance for around $100, and it truly was. It had 6 ink cartridges, and a miniscule 2 picolitre droplet size -- and rendered the best and fastest photos I'd ever printed (4x6 in 34 seconds).
from Amazon.com
This is a nice home printer that prints good color maps etc. (Of course the ink is a little expensive, but that is normal these days.)
from Amazon.com
The reviews describing the Canon iP4500 on Amazon's Site were concise and detailed and easily enabled me to make my choice of this printer. Ordering was simple and the price was very good.
