So far have spent 4 hours with on-line text chat and 2 hours on phone tech support trying to install firmware. Scanner option does NOT work with OS X 10.5. So far this printer has been a very big dissapointment. from Pcrush.com I bought this printer for the home and its finally got all the functions I need.
