I purchased this product directly from the Casio website. I read the fine print (I thought) which stated that the item IS compatible with Windows Vista. from Amazon.com RMA this twice through J&R and finally replaced it with CW-50. Then I realized why they "died" after a few prints. from Amazon.com This hardware will not be installed. Contact your system administrator." I went to Casio Support where I spoke with a very nice guy who in the end told me that he would have to refer my problem to a computer tech, the problem was beyond has realm. I'll have him call you, he says. from Amazon.com I bought this printer because of its small footprint and because it had a brand name I thought I could trust.
