Excellent Quality ... WHat I expect from Xerox. The machine is great on the was color sticks, dont keep turning the machine on and off or it will purge the ink out. from Compusa.com Literally and figuratively, the Xerox 8560 is a heavyweight, designed with a great deal of flexibility and executed with considerable polish. The software is as good as I have seen with any printer - it knows when it has a problem and will tell you exactly how to fix it either on your pc, via e-mail or on the front panel. from Compusa.com We purchased several of these thinking that it is a good high volume office printer. Having run them for over a year, we have actual cost data and it is costing us about $0.12 per page on average for pages that average less than 5% coverage! There is no comparison in quality of print, speed of print, cost of materials (practically half $ of the other two), and quality of machine/parts.
