This label maker is easy to use and packs a lot of features. An added plus is the custom carrying case that has room for extra label tape cartridges. from Buy.com Purchased the Brother label maker. We have several different models. from Amazon.com Pros: Quick printing. Tons of features and templates available both in PC/Mac software and built-in. I like the WYSIWYG P-touch Editor 5 software a lot & use it on XP and OS X. The OS X version isn't neutered like a lot of proprietary hardware apps out there. from Newegg.com I've had this same model Brother label maker for the past couple of years at work. I use it to label one-of-a-kind electronics we use in a university lab. from Amazon.com In order to get this software to work with Mac's Leopard operating system (most recent version as of the date of this review), I had to go to the Brother site and get the updated driver and PTouch software. I tried to use the driver and software that came on the disc for Leopard, but it did not work. from Amazon.com The Brother PT-2700 Desktop Labeler produces professional-looking labels. It can be linked up with a computer so you're able to design your label on the computer and send it to the labeler for printing via a USB cable. from Amazon.com This is a labeler.
