I have had this label maker for over a year. In that time I have used it extensivly. from Cnet.com Very disappointing. Purchased and the tape would not print properly. First few letters of label would not print. Upon examination it appeared that the ink tape was broken. from Amazon.com I was originally concerned that this was battery powered & thought that I would need to separately buy a power cord...well, I've been using this for 8 months now & haven't had to change the batteries yet! It's easy/intuitive to use, versatile & makes staying organized a cinch. from Amazon.com This machine was ok when I had the original cartridge it came with in it, but when I bought a replacement for it, it jammed up so bad that I had to rip it out of the machine. When I called dymo for help, they offered no reimbursement of the cartridge, which mind you is $20 a piece, and they offered no assistance on how to get the cartridge in so it wouldn't jam up. from Amazon.com Very disappointing.
