Pros: This printer is very fast, even from sleep mode Cons: The Distinctive Ring Pattern Detection (DRPD) feature with this printer SAMSUNG SCX-4826FN does not work I tried level 2 technical service support and they tried every possible thing they could but it did not work finally the tech support guy agreed that there might some bug with this model so be aware not to buy it. from Newegg.com We had no problems installing. Printing is fast and the output is beautiful. We went from a tiny personal Minolta laser printer that had put in a few great years to this for a few reasons. The Minolta was having a few problems that I was sick of dealing with, I was tired of manually duplexing, and we really wanted an auto document fed scanner (ADF). from Amazon.com Pros: -Samsung packs a lot of value into their machines. I paid about $50 less than it is currently going for here. from Amazon.com I bought the Scx-4826FN MFC Samsung. The front door of the unit was "sprung" coming out of the box. from Amazon.com I needed it for two the two sided printing capabilities. Well, the owners manual doesn't show you how to make the two sided printing work properly. I called Samsung customer service and asked for some help.
