I got a network printer because four of us use it - and nobody ever checks the paper supply. Why get frustrated when somebody runs the printer out of paper? If you buy this tray, running out will happen a lot less often. You won't get as frustrated, your blood pressure will stay lower, you will live a longer and happier life. from Amazon.com The LT5300 is listed as not applicable to the MFC-8480DN laser printer.
