I got this label printer as I needed it for a certain aspect of my business, but now that I have it, I can think of a bunch of things I can use it for. from Amazon.com Hoping for an easier set up this time around. Once set up, the printer is FAST and impressive. The included software lets you design just about anything and then print it as a label. It is a little powerhouse of a printer and I am looking forward to using it more. from Amazon.com The Brother QL-570 works great on my Mac computer running 10.6.1. I am not using a network, so I can not address the statement that the QL-570 does not work on a Mac network. from Amazon.com I purchased this product for use in a Mac household and learned afterwards that a) the Brother driver doesn't work with Apple's Printer Sharing functionality in OS X (so you can't share this printer on your local network of other Macs), and b) the P-touch software is relatively flaky and difficult to use (ie. setting correct label size and getting it to print is often challenging). from Amazon.com I use Brother products for near two decades and I wish that other aspects of our life would as reliable as their equipment.
