Comments: Worked like a charm. My ONLY recommendation is to check the ZONET site before you buy to make sure your printer is compatible w/ this server. My HP LaserJet 1000 wasnt compatible. from Newegg.com Can't install the software because it doesn't detect the printer server. Checked everyting and seems that it's defective good. Sent couple of emails to zonet but no reply. No RMA on this good and had to contact the manufacturer. from Newegg.com Comments: The Wizard doesn't always work and doesn't answer questions for newbies. Be ready and have a crossover cable on hand to connect directly to the print server and configure IP address your network will recognize. Check Zonet site for instruction on connectiong to print server directly. Once configured on the network, printer setup is a breeze. from Newegg.com Comments: Newegg delivered Great and Fast, But I had a problem and Zonet Technical Support was totally useless. Couldn’t connect to the server and sent them a detailed account of the problem but got answers showing that they never read the question, after third attempt they just said that since I said it was defective to fill out the paper work and try to send it back. from Newegg.com Second one worked for just longer than the warranty period, then failed in various ways. Other Thoughts: Basically the unit would print one page, then malfunction and have to be restarted. I didn't have to use the included CD. Make sure to download the user's manual from the Zonet web site.
