I am satisfied with this product since it is working for me now but the support I received from LinkSys was terrible. I did follow the directions on the CD but decided to call support when it ask for a password that was not explained in the instructions and I subsequently spent hours on the phone with LinkSys and finally gave up. from Compusa.com This WPS sucketh very bad!!! Save yourself some money and buy the Netgear WGPS606. from Compusa.com Don't know what all the fuss is about. Received the product, followed the CD's setup instructions and was up and running in ten minutes. The only hitch I had was in entering my password: a call to Linksys clarified that the setup procedure was looking for my router's userid instead, and the default was ''admin''.
