use any other selection then that, then unplug the printer while it is on and connected to the server, plug it back in and see how it works.

this printer has parallel and usb and both work.(usb to the print server and parallel to my desktop)my router is wireless and my wireless laptop prints to it very fast.

the install was easy and well documented, sometimes the unit needs to be powered down to wake it up, otherwise it is a good little server.
