Best Portable Televisions for Reception

we were aware that we would have limited reception at our location so we are happy with the product.

i bought this television (as a gift) after a bad experience with a haier 7" lcd portable (very poor reception and then it died the day after i gave it to my mom).

channel set up was successfully completed after connecting it to our outdoor antenna, resulting in set up and reception of all the local channels with brilliant color and plenty of quality stereo

i wish the sound could be made louder since it is sometimes hard to hear with running water and dishwasher.i have it hooked up to cable so get great reception.

i was so worried after the usa decided (who voted for this change?)to change all the tv's to receive special reception.

the included antenna reception is very finicky, but i sort-of knew to expect that.

i've used it for both over the air reception and av input, and it works well for both.

i was afraid that my bedroom is a dead location for reception and was really happy to finally see it pulling in any channels at all.

it attaches easily the same way you would attach a cable cord but is also easily loosened if you attempt to rotate for better reception.

however, when this tv is moved from room to room, we usually just hook it up to the antenna outlet and get excellent reception.

after having tried the haier 7" tv (good quality but poor reception) and the axion (would only receive on cable, not through the antenna) i purchased this eviant.

read the directions and follow them in order to get the reception.

reception was very poor compared to other similar sets.

so when i got it home i tried again on my patio think i may get better reception there.
