Best Portable Televisions for Auto

it automatically finds digital channels and the picture quality is great.

it picked up about 2/3 of the channels that my big tv gets with the built in antenna on autotune.

are going to be using the supplied (or other external) antenna, one of the first things to do when you receive this cute little tv is to connect it to the best antenna available to do your auto-scan.

it picked up most of the analog and digital over-the-air signals with it auto-scan mode.

one negative i do not like is that during the auto scan, it list all the channels (even ones it cannot pick up).

once a station is stored in the database, it will automatically seek it even on a weaker signal from the internal antenna.

once plugged into the antenna cable, it was very easy to navigate through the menu system to have the set auto-scan for stations.

(ain't "progress" wonderful?)bought it for hurricane use and can run it off a 12 volt auto battery if necessary.

auto scan didn't work for me at all here in ft.

i'm very happy with it, it has a rechargeable battery for portability, but i just use it at my desk, it does state that it's not design to be in motion, like an automobiles, so i see why it wouldn't

one thing the tv will not do automatically is adjust the aspect ratio to match the tv signal.

you cannot use in automobile while riding around.
