I just spoke with customer service at HAIER. THEY ONLY GUARANTEE THIS PRODUCT FOR 90 DAYS - and will provide you with Parts only for a year. from Amazon.com My problems with this TV were not the fault of the TV. The rural area in which I live has only one TV station and its signal is not strong since the switch to digital. from Amazon.com Not worth talking about it has a hard time picking up channels I had a analog Casio 2" that could pick up the world I was going to replace it with the Haler but when I took it into the factory I think it forgot it was a TV. I figured the sound quality was going to be the challenge for a tv of it's size in it's price range, and it was not very good. There is no black in the image, and all the other colors are somewhat wrong. I'll report back when Amazon replaces it with a properly functional model because you others have had rather good things to say about the Haier. It otherwise feels like a nice portable TV, but it will have to work like one first. from Amazon.com this is the third portable tv that we sent back to different suppliers because all we get on the screen is "NO DATA" after several attempts to get broadcasting on this t.v. even after reading how it picks up all channels it doesen't get any channels at all. from Amazon.com I bought this television set based upon the positive reviews and found that it is definitely not what it purports to be. I wanted a tv for my kitchen and could not get any reception there, or anywhere else in my home. I brought it to work and our IT specialist tried to get reception with the same negative results. from Amazon.com the enclosed antenna provides zero reception. it works fine on cable attachment but, i bought it for use during "hurricane season" in south florida where power and cable are often unavailable. since i live no more than 25 miles from all major network tv stations, i don't see why it doesnt work. when turned on the screen shows "failed to receive broadcast". from Amazon.com
