Contrary to the product description, the IDM-1295 does NOT have a memory card slot. from Bhphotovideo.com I purchased this DVD player to watch when using the treadmill. I place it on the book rack of the treadmill and swivel the screen so that it lays flat and it works great. from Qvc.com Out of the box unit worked excellent. Picture is the best I have seen in portable DVD players. Screen is just fantastic This unit does provide slow and fast forward (instead of just the next/previous chapter in cheaper models).
