Pros: 8" Screen, and a good sized carrying case Cons: Speaker quality is poor, and electronic interference is bad. from Shopping.com First, a correction to Amazon's description: this player does *not* offer S-video output, unfortunately. Composite video is all you get. On the other hand, a feature not mentioned in the description is that you can feed composite video *into* this player, and hence use it as a 7" video display screen! That could be very handy for reviewing your camcorder movies...though if you're shooting in 4:3 (normal) mode, the picture will be a little stretched on the MDP-1720's 16:9 screen. from Amazon.com First, a correction to Amazon's description: this player does *not* offer S-video output, unfortunately.
