Cons: Audio could be a bit louder from external speakers, can’t use battery pack and external monitor (design flaw) at the same time.

I was leery buying the smaller version but it has preformed like a champ. Easy to hook up, comes with all the cables you need, Digital I/O, 1/8th inch to RCA audio/video, car lighter power, battery pack charger and AC direct. I am impressed with its non complicated set-up and ease of use.

The sound quality is not good on the speakers, but I use headphones anyway. The screen does not fold out all the way back, but enough that it can set on the magazine rack of most treadmills/bikes/elliptical machines.
