The online game is the best! But don't buy the gold edition. Waste of an extra $10 imo. from Amazon.com I bought this game on a whim during a Gold Box special. It brings a whole new mechanic into multiplayer with the ability to blow through walls, and has a huge selection of weapons that each have their own advantages. from Amazon.com You cant talk to your whole team via mics just ur squad (up to 4 peeps) I personally dont likethat but never the less the mics hardly ever work, which is crappy but there should be a patch to fix this, hence the near perfect but soon to get there title. The fact that u cant make a custom match of yuor friends only is stupidly ridiculous but once again another patch is coming. Last butnot least, only one game mode for online but the downloadable content offered for free here shortly of a new combat mode ala team deathmatch aka Conquest Mode should fix that. Still a very fun game and awesome audio and good visuals provides alot of fun for my clan, but we'd like to have clan battles so Id say when they get all that fixed, this will definitely get the majority of my gaming time. from Amazon.com If you don't have a broadband connection, I wouldn't recommend this game, as it's a relatively short campaign, and the AI is predictable. However, online play makes the replay value soar. The Gold Edition is worth the extra dough, as you'll start with a few more weapons online.
